About Us
Northwest Natural Beef is a family owned business with its roots in the lush Willamette Valley of Oregon. The family has deep ties to the local agricultural community through nearly four decades of support and participation in local organizations and causes. Northwest Natural Beef initially raised primarily Limousin cattle, which are a renowned French breed famous for producing high quality, lean meat. Angus and Charolais cattle have since been added to the herd as they are also recognized for producing exceptional beef. Family and friends were among the earliest customers of Northwest Natural Beef and their support and enthusiasm led to the expansion into local Farmers’ Markets, specialized retail stores and even into an online store.
The cattle continue to be raised on the world-class green fields of the Willamette Valley and eat only the best, most succulent grass- no grain ever. In addition, our product has no added antibiotics or hormones. We firmly believe in raising cattle humanely with minimal inputs.
